Have you suddenly become health conscious just before the festive season? Got a new girl who wants a healthy snack? surprise her with this bad boy (or girl, we don’t discriminate here) Important things you will need to make one of these….(look at it, you want to make it)   A blender (quite an essential) Tablespoon of chia seeds 1 banana (ripe) 1/2 an avocado (ripe) 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped (you can leave the skin on too if you like) 150ml Oat milk (or any milk you want) 150ml water Mix up add ice cubes if you like, we add a tablespoon of protein powder too but these are optional! Don’t worry about dressing it up with loads of blueberries this was pure vanity (from the smoothie)
