One heck of a floating aid. Climb aboard the Monster this summer and take on a beast. Propel your body through 300 metres of intense inflatables and emerge a hero. Unless you fall off. The Monster is coming to London for August bank holiday (24th – 27th) as part of a UK tour. Book a 30 min slot between 10 am and 11 pm and prepare to get wet before submerging yourself in cocktails, street food, and live DJ’s. Tix are available from 10 am until 11 pm. Once you’ve got a ticket you are free to enter and stay for the entire day. Soak up the sun (hopefully) enjoy the adult ball pit on site, or check out the street food on offer.

Location: 113 Curtain Road, Shoreditch, EC2A 3BS

Ballie Ballerson is the ultimate fingers up to adulthood. If you want to be knees deep in over one million plastic balls whilst frantically boomeranging the action but also remaining slightly apprehensive of the germs, head on over to Ballie. If you’re down for a bottomless brunch,  £40 gets you unlimited prosecco, pizza, and balls; go VIP to guarantee a table. And if you’re still OCD-ing about the germs there’s a fondly named ball cleaner called Gobble Muffin who sanitises and cleans 18,000 p/hr.

More fun…

Revolution Karting

If you want to make an afternoon of it, you can make the most of one of the food packages on offer or say yes to a summer BBQ in the RK marquee. With vegan and special dietary requirements catered for, everyone’s going to be a winner. Don’t forget to check out the offers page for info on the group and special events. Last one there’s the loser.

Final Fun…

Flip Out
Price: From £11.95 per person
Venue: 281 Barking Road, E6 1LB

Three floors of trampoline gloriousness, with stunt boxes and a trick park, Flip Out is good clean healthy fun. Bounce to the beats of the resident DJs and get your seat drop on at one of the special events. Prices vary depending on the time and day, but it’s worth noting Wednesdays are ‘Green Wednesdays’ where prices are 2-4-1. Sorry Orange.

Not only is it pretty fun, but there are also loads of cool health benefits; Tramping improves balance and coordination, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, increases the efficiency of your lymphatic system which carries nutrients to your cell and it improves cell strength.

Plus a recent study by our friends at NASA found that trampolining created the same cardiovascular effects as running but in one-third of the time. So bouncing for just ten minutes is the equivalent to running for thirty minutes on a treadmill. Sweet.
