Where to Get Your Christmas Trees in London

christmas tree

This is when you don’t have to worry about getting red paint thrown at you if you are going for real fir…..Real Christmas trees sometimes have to be done, nothing beats that fresh pine smell and makes you feel all the festive feels picking one out in all your cosy gear.

We know a few places in and around London you can go to grab your wintery firs.

Pines and Needles

The play on words got us.

These guys can cover all your Christmas decorations needs, get your lights, wreaths and trees (available from the 17th November) all here. If you want to make your office more festive then they also cater for that.

You can choose to pick your tree up (which would be our choice) they have alot of stores all over 26 places in London, so you will be able to collect it from a place near you for sure. No one wants to wrestle a Christmas tree onto London’s public transport that’s for sure.

If you want to stay in the warmth and don’t fancy venturing outside then they also deliver.

King’s Christmas Trees

If you want to give something back when you buy your Christmas tree this year then King’s Christmas Trees are the trees for you. The money you spend on a Christmas tree helps pay for hot food for rough sleepers every Wednesday at The Feast.

When you buy your King’s Christmas Tree, you become part of a growing movement of people who refuse to accept the status quo. Every King’s Christmas Tree helps rough sleepers and vulnerable people through the work of the Jericho Road Project.

They’re getting ready for early November. Grab yours at various locations within the South East, you can also get it delivered if you live in that area.

Shoots and Leaves

Another great name. If you are based in West London then this is a good option for you. They have three sites, Little Brock Green W6, Bishops Park SW6 and Acton Park.

They are open from the 27th November to 23rd December and if you visit them at the weekend you may be lucky and catch some carol singers, brass bands as well as mulled wine and mince pies. Getting you into the Christmas spirit!

Columbia Road Flower Market

Typically a vibrant flower market every Sunday from 8 am until 3 pm, you can expect to get some Christmas trees here towards the run-up to Christmas.

A great busy atmosphere on a Sunday but during the week on a Wednesday the independent shops open until 9 pm and you may be able to listen to some carol singers too.

One Fine Tree

Based in Fulham on Wandsworth Bridge Road it is a very festive place with lights and friendly staff to help you pick out the perfect tree for your home. It is worth the visit.

Battersea Flower Station

Flower station…. see what they did there?

This tiny but ever so cute garden centre (we think it might be the smallest we have ever seen) will cater to all your fir needs and the staff who are really friendly will be able to help you pick out the best one and ensure it won’t drop all its pines before Christmas day (we need ALL of the pics)

Bring on all the festive cheer!
